Key Responsibilities: 

• Transporting patients to and from medical facilities/APPOINTMENTS in a safe and timely manner.

• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during transportation.

• Assisting patients as they enter and exit the vehicle as necessary.

• Following AN ASSIGNED daily pick-up schedule.

• Communicating effectively with patients, medical staff, and the dispatch team.

• Maintaining accurate records of patient pick-up and drop-off times and odometer readings.

• Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks daily before starting the first trip.

• Reporting any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Transporting all patients without discrimination. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Valid Driver's License.

• Clean driving record with no more than 4 points.

• Ability to pass pre-hire drug and alcohol testing.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (FBI/BCI).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to assist patients as needed (but not lift). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous customer service experience.

• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance. 

Additional Notes: 

• This role requires compassion, reliability, and responsibility.

• Drivers must be able to communicate effectively and have a great working knowledge of GPS.

• Experience in non-emergency medical transportation or with individuals with mobility challenges is a plus.
